The client, Lacoste, is a French fashion and lifestyle brand known for its iconic crocodile logo and its long-standing connection with sport, movement, and casual elegance. This animation was created as part of Lacoste x Fantasticman’s campaign featuring Wang Yibo, one of China’s most influential young celebrities and the brand’s global ambassador.
Inspired by the campaign’s playful idea of discovering “crocodile fun” in everyday life, the piece turns a simple lemon into the starting point for a lively style transition. As Wang Yibo casually throws the lemon into motion, the scene shifts from a relaxed picnic moment into Lacoste’s tennis-inspired world. The 2D animated crocodile adds a humorous final touch, connecting the live action sequence with the brand’s sporty and playful identity.
